Shipping & Returns

 

  • We ship Fast!!! Orders received and paid before 4:00pm Eastern Time on any business day generally ship same day. We often ship on Saturdays as well! You will receive an automated email with tracking confirmation.

  • Combined Shipping Discounts  We will combine shipping for items that can ship together. Generally the discount is 50% off the second (and any subsequent) shipping charge(s). If we can do better, we will. When all purchases are made, send an email with subject "Request for Total Amount" and we will send an invoice with the discounted shipping and to allow you to pay for all items together.

  • Shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska will incur a surcharge if over 3 lbs.. Please email for pricing in advance.  For all APO/FPO or any PO Box shipments, be sure to select the USPS Priority Mail option.

  • International Shipments  We ship to many parts of the world. In fact, we ship to about 30 different countries every month! We strive to quote the best shipping rates and they are generally quoted in each listing's items description and are usually a flat rate per item. We will offer discounts for multiple item purchases so be sure to check our other items before you check out.  International Buyers PLEASE NOTE: Any customs taxes, value added tax, duties or brokerage fees that may be assessed are the responsibility of the buyer. And, our packages are ALWAYS marked with complete truthfulness. We are unable to mark packages as a "Gift" and we will only state the actual value paid on the shipping documents. For more details, please contact your local post office or customs office.

  • All shipments are generally sent by USPS Priority Mail and are trackable. You will receive an automated confirmation by email. Please note that the notification may not show results for 24 hours. Please note that if an item ships by First Class Mail, it will not be traceable.  That being said, please be assured that we will get your item on its way to you very quickly and will maintain communication so that you can be comfortable with your transaction. If you have any questions, please send us an email to superservice@sweetshotgolf.com and we will respond promptly. Please be sure to include all relevant information. 

  • Manufacturers Warranties Generally, new merchandise carries the full manufacturer's warranty. After use, should you discover a manufacturer's defect, please make contact directly with the manufacturer. If you need assistance with this, we will gladly help.  Used merchandise is not warranted. 

  • Shop with confidence! We accept merchandise returns. Product must be returned within 14 days, COMPLETE, UNUSED, IN EXACTLY THE ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING. Golf clubs and putters cannot have been used, even once. And/or if the shrinkwrap has been removed, it is not returnable.  All additional accessories must also be included. Please send us an email to request a return authorization number. It is the buyer's responsibility to ship the item back to us. (Insurance recommended) There may be a restocking fee and we are unable to refund the original shipping and handling costs.

  • Shipping damage and loss claims  If the item is damaged or lost in transit, please send us an email and we will forward instructions for initiating a claim.

  • Oops!  We strive for perfection and we are close, but ... We try to describe our merchandise as accurately as possible, however if the return is due to product misrepresentation or an incorrect item, we will also refund your shipping charges.

  • Sales Tax: We are required by state law to collect and pay Sales Tax.
